Dennis founded Kruse Construction with his late brother, Jim, while still attending Iowa State University. Once he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, he left the family farm and headed east with his new wife, Joyce. After nearly 50 years, Dennis is recognized by his colleagues and clients alike as one of the foremost authorities in mechanical construction. His unique approach to piping system design, modification and troubleshooting sets Kruse apart from even the largest competitors. You are most likely to find Dennis continually educating employees and meeting with clients than at his desk. Dennis has worked tirelessly to solidify Kruse Construction as a leader in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. Dennis enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and four grandchildren.

Eric has a wide breath of experiences which he brings to the table every day with Kruse. His strengths include project planning, business development, and project efficiency. Eric grew up running around the Kruse shop and jobsites as a little boy. He graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Eric spent over six years on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps leading Marines across the globe. After transitioning from the active duty Marine Corps to the civilian sector, Eric worked for Sunoco and the Los Angeles Police Department. Eric continues to serve in the Marine Corps Reserves. He is also the President of Spyglass Solutions which is a company that provides construction inspection and contract administration. Besides enjoying his wife and daughter, Eric likes to read and work out.
